New Explosion-proof Certificate --- Upgrade to IIC T6

The original Model D-8602 metal trackball keyboard intrinsically safe explosion-proof IIB T4 has expired on January 26, 2020.
The new certificate has  increase the explosion-proof level to IIC T6.
