After Service
Since DAVO was established, while providing customers with comprehensive products and perfect services, it has also accumulated and established
a standard, perfect and fast service system, and this system completely introduces ISO service concepts and processes, thereby further ensuring that customers use maximum profit.
1.DAVO offers free replacements for complete products or parts within 90 days.
2. Purchases within one year, DAVO
 provides free repairs.
3. For products outside the warranty period, maintenance fees can be charged according to certain standards through negotiation.

A. Scope:
a. Hardware damage during shipment.
b. Hardware damage under normal using according to standard operation criterion of  DAVO.
c. Other defects authorized by DAVO.
B. Requirements:
a. Model No. P.O. No. PI No. , Shipment date etc.
b. Provide a detailed description of any defects and cause, including a video show,literal description and picture illustrations.
c. The Original DAVO packaging if possible.

DAVO may refuse to replace or repair the product for any of the following reasons: 
DAVO is not responsible for direct, special, incidental or consequential damages resulting from any breach of warranty or condition.
1. Without an intact DAVO label, or serial number has been removed or defaced, or SN cannot be clearly identified from the purchaser.
2. Any illegal disassembling, repairing, refitting etc .such as if the products are maintained or modified by unauthorized maintainer by DAVO.
3. Any defects that resulted from improper storage or unsuitable working environment.
4. Damage or loss of DAVO products because of natural disasters (such as earthquake, fire or flood) or other external causes, social unrest or 
 governmental policy etc.
 Replacement or repair Flow:
1. DAVO will check up whether the product qualifies for a replacement and will respond within one working day via e-mail.
2. Purchaser should send the defective products to DAVO, Purchaser prepays the freight charge from its local city to Shenzhen, P.R.China.
3. Within 1 week after the receipt of the returned products, DAVO will send the replacements to the purchaser. DAVO will prepay the freight
    charge from Shenzhen to the purchaser's local city.
